🗓 14-Day Exchange & Store Credit

• You may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your item.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

⚠️ Custom Orders

• Custom-made items (including personalized engravings, bespoke designs, or modified products) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

• Please review your custom order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

 

🚫 No Cash Refunds

• We do not offer cash refunds. Only exchanges or store credit will be issued for eligible returns.
